The new city center includes a library designed by Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture, featuring a unique “ribbon railing” by Kevin Morin and Amanda Rienth. This railing serves both aesthetic and functional roles, integrating interior and exterior spaces with LED lighting for visibility.
